Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Actually shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order. We offer USPS and UPS delivery options. Some items are free delivery in the continental USA. When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to select the delivery service used.

Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer or distributor. The shipping method used for these items is determined by them and may be different than what is indicated on the product page. Large items may be shipped by freight and will require an appointment for delivery.

We typically process orders within 1-3 days and tracking information will be provided on your order. Some items have extended processing times due to internal fabrication time or material procurement.

Payment

All payment for orders is processed through Paypal. You do not have to have an account with them to pay. We do not take or store any credit card information. We accept credit card or personal check/money order. Checks payment may take 10 days for funds to clear before the order is shipped.

Returns/Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. If an item is found to be defective, a replacement will be provided at no charge.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for us to process your return.
